NAE staff assists members in navigating the increasingly complex federal and state regulations affecting the 21st century workplace. Representatives are available to assist members in establishing policies, implementing procedures, and solving problems related to compliance issues. The NAE Review is published monthly and contains timely and informative briefings on important changes in governmental regulations.
Government Regulations
- Formulating responses to discrimination and sexual harassment charges.
- Federal/State wage and hour compliance; including overtime, exempt vs. non-exempt, garnishments, etc.
- Employer posting requirements (state and federal). Complimentary posters are available.

Employee Opinion Surveys
Conducted and administered by NAE, Employee Opinion Surveys are an effective and efficient means of gathering information useful in achieving organizational objectives.
HR Assist
An HR specialist will be assigned to your company for a pre-determined number of hours. During that time, he/she will work with you by assisting with the projects/responsibilities determined in the initial HR assessment. Whether you are concerned as to your company's level of compliance with state & federal regulations, or simply are in need of a HR professional for a particular project, NAE staff will meet your needs.
