NAE News Highlights

2015 Nevada Legislature

Breaking...Senate Bill 167 is scheduled to go before Senate Committee on Judiciary Monday, March 2 at 1:00pm.  The concerns we have on this bill are allowing the Nevada Equal Rights Commission the ability to assess penalties against employers of up to $10,000 and creating a new protected category of "applicants" under Chapter 613 of the NRS.    Breaking...Senate Bill 193 which is the bill repealing daily overtime here in Nevada is scheduled to go before Senate Commerce, Labor and Energy on Wed, March 4 at 8:30 am.
