RESEARCH & INFORMATION

Finding and retaining good employees is a major challenge for employers today, particularly in Nevada where unemployment hovers at an all time low of 3.5%. To be an employer of choice, it is imperative that employers maintain an attractive and competitive compensation and benefits package, but do know if your package is as competitive as it needs to be?

The Nevada Association of Employers (NAE) has conducted comprehensive wage surveys for over 20 years. Our reports include data from member and non-member organizations, from the largest employers to the local family businesses representing most industry sectors. Those companies who have provided data over the years know and trust that all information they provide will be handled in a professional & confidential manner.

Our includes data breakouts by industry type, number of employees, and geographic area for approximately 200 job classifications.

Research and Information Services include:

  • Area pay and benefit/personnel practices.
  • Resources including Commerce Clearing House (CCH) Online, Bureau of National Affairs (BNA), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and numerous periodicals and newsletters.
  • Human Resource Databases including sample job descriptions and sample policies.
